| Propane BBQ's |
Flame BBQ's are not allowed on the patios or balconies. Some
ground floor condos have propane BBQ's, which must be rolled off the
patio on to the grass before being used. Currently the resort does
NOT supply BBQ's to guests other than those specific ground floor
condos. Some second or third floor condos have electric BBQ's on
the balconies. If you bring a portable BBQ, there is a picnic area where
it can be used. |
| Occupancies |
Each condo advertises the number of people it sleeps. The
rental rates advertised are based on the number of people it sleeps.
For example: if a condo sleeps 6 people, you can have up to six people
in the condo with no additional fees. Children under the age of 2
years old do not count toward the occupancy. Under some
circumstances, you may be able to exceed the advertised occupancy, but a
charge of $10 per person per night will apply. |
| Housekeeping |
There is no daily housekeeping services included at the posted
rates. Towels can be exchanged at the office for fresh towels on Monday,
Wednesday and Friday.
Additional consumables can also be picked up at the office. Daily
housekeeping can be arranged for $25.00/day. If daily housekeeping is
required, please arrange when making your reservation. |
| Consumables |
Ocean Sands Resort supplies complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, coffee
mate, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, toilet
paper, hand soap, alpha mouse (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). |
| Noise |
Ocean Sands Resort is a family oriented resort, especially during
the summer months. It is strongly recommended that any guests that
are noise sensitive rent a top floor unit. |
| Fireplaces |
As part of our environmental initiative, Ocean Sands Resort shuts
off the pilot on all fireplaces throughout the summer months; therefore
fireplaces are not operational through the summer months. |
