72 hours notice is required for cancellations of daily and weekly rentals.  30 days notice is required for monthly and seasonal rentals.

For cancellations made within the required notice, the deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 administration fee.  For cancellations made with less than the required notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
